DWAI Classes for DWAI Offense in New York

New York DWAI Classes Online

Please read: The state of New York DMV does not recognize “online DWAI classes” as an approved way for New York resident DWAI or Drug offenders to complete the state mandated classes, the court may accept an online class, but you should check first. If you live in New York and your offense happened in the state of New York you must attend a local class in your area.

Non-resident offenders, and residents who received a DUI in another state “may be eligible for online DWAI classes”, but we strongly advise that you check with the authority requiring the class to make sure they will accept an online distance learning program before registering for the class.
